01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the 6ixs platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or contacting customer support — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions take effect from the moment you first access the 6ixs platform and remain in force for the duration of your registered account and any period thereafter during which any outstanding obligations, disputes, or financial transactions remain unresolved between you and 6ixs.

6ixs reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, 6ixs will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an on-site notification. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use the 6ixs platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 6ixs strictly prohibits access to or use of its services by any individual under the age of 18. This requirement applies regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law as it pertains to you as an individual player.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other individual, entity, or organisation. Account registration must be completed in your own legal name and for your own personal use.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended account on the 6ixs platform. Multiple account registration ("multi-accounting") is strictly forbidden and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

6ixs employs Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to confirm player identity and age. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo identification document — such as a National Identity Card (NID) or passport — and proof of address at any stage of your account lifecycle, including at the point of withdrawal request. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by 6ixs may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges or, in cases of suspected underage access, permanent account closure.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered account on the 6ixs platform. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in your name.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials — including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. 6ixs will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify 6ixs immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account by contacting support at [email protected]. 6ixs reserves the right to suspend an account pending investigation where suspicious access activity is detected.

You agree to keep all personal information associated with your 6ixs account current and accurate. Where a change in your personal circumstances affects the information held on your account — including a change of name, address, or mobile number — you must update your account details promptly. 6ixs reserves the right to request re-verification of identity at any point where account information appears inconsistent or out of date.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

6ixs supports a range of payment methods designed specifically for Bangladesh-based players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank transfers. All transactions on the 6ixs platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

Deposits: Deposits are processed in real time for supported mobile wallet methods including bKash and Nagad, with a typical processing time of under 30 seconds under normal network conditions. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. 6ixs does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 6ixs accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Where KYC documentation has been satisfactorily verified, withdrawal requests are processed within 1–24 hours under normal operating conditions. Withdrawal requests made to payment methods not matching the registered account name will not be processed. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section. 6ixs reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal at its reasonable discretion for the purposes of fraud prevention and player protection.

Refused Transactions: 6ixs reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any transaction where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, abuse of the bonus system, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, 6ixs will endeavour to notify the account holder of the action taken, subject to any legal obligations that may restrict such disclosure.

• Deposits made using funds not belonging to the registered account holder are strictly prohibited.
• 6ixs does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency unless explicitly stated otherwise in the cashier section.
• All payment method registrations must match the legal name on the 6ixs account. Third-party payments are not permitted.
• Withdrawal funds will only be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

6ixs offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal campaign bonuses tied to events such as the BPL cricket season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

Welcome Bonus: New players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit to 6ixs are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to wagering requirements which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses issued by 6ixs are subject to a wagering requirement. This means that the bonus amount (and in some cases the combined bonus-plus-deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be processed. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate as stated in the specific promotion terms.

6ixs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in and deposited for that promotion, 6ixs will honour the terms of the promotion as they existed at the time of the player's qualifying deposit.

06 User Obligations

By using the 6ixs platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and to treat all 6ixs staff, support agents, and fellow players with respect. The following obligations apply to all registered users of the platform:

• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and throughout your use of the platform. Providing false information — including falsifying your identity, age, or payment method ownership — is a serious violation of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• You must not use the 6ixs platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• You must keep your account credentials strictly confidential and take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account.
• You must play solely for your own personal entertainment and not as part of any commercial scheme, syndicate, or organised group wagering arrangement without prior written consent from 6ixs.
• You accept that gambling involves risk of financial loss and that 6ixs accepts no responsibility for any losses incurred through your use of the platform, provided that the platform has operated in good faith in accordance with its obligations under these terms.
• You agree to use the responsible gaming tools available on the platform — including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion — if you believe your gambling behaviour is becoming harmful to yourself or others.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 6ixs platform. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate suspension, investigation, and potential permanent account closure with forfeiture of all balances:

• Fraud and Chargeback Abuse: Initiating fraudulent payment chargebacks or disputes with your payment provider after funds have been credited to your 6ixs account and used for wagering. Any confirmed chargeback fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering more than one account on the 6ixs platform, whether under your own name, a false name, or via another person's identity. All accounts associated with a multi-account arrangement will be closed.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards in poker-style games, or coordinate wagering strategies to exploit the platform or its bonus system.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to interact with 6ixs games or the betting interface in a manner not intended for human play.
• Exploitation of Software Errors: Taking advantage of any software bug, error, misconfigured odds, or technical malfunction to place wagers at incorrect prices or in a manner that artificially inflates returns. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable platform error will be voided.
• Abusive Behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory language toward 6ixs customer support staff, live dealer hosts, or other platform users via any communication channel.
